Returns and Exchanges

 
To be eligible for return or exchange, product(s) need to be unused, unwashed, not missing any parts & in their original packaging.

Kindly note that if you wish to return or exchange product(s), it should be within a period that does not exceed 7 days from the delivery date.

FOR HYGIENIC REASONS ALL SALE OF SWIMWEAR ARE FINAL, RETURNS OR EXCHANGE OF THESE ITEMS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED.

If the product(s) is not available or damaged, then a full refund will be made and 27Sea will handle the shipping & return fee.

If product(s) received is damaged, please send us an email with clear photos of damaged product to support@27sea.com.

If product(s) received is in good condition but you wish to return, please send the product(s) to us at your own convenience. 27Sea will not handle shipping & return fees in such cases. You can ship the product(s) back to our facility via your own method or contact 27Sea customer care representative to arrange for a pick up (charges will be applied - ask our customer care for the charges). 

All refunds will be issued back using the same method of payment as the original payment. Please note that shipping charges and any taxes and customs duties incurred will not be refunded.

If order were placed using COD (Cash on Delivery) payment method, the COD charges won’t be refunded, as these charges are charged by the shipping company.

Please allow up to 15 working days for returns and exchanges to be processed.
